I added one star because I couldn’t add 0 . It took them 3 weeks to even file anything . The paralegal was blatantly rude and hostile , I had to show up due to not being able to get ahold of them for weeks . When I expressed my concerns and how unhappy I was with how they handled my case and requested a refund back on my retainer (I’m 30 weeks pregnant and expressed to them I can’t deal with how they’ve treated my case and the stress it causes ) she did not give me a dollar back . These people are amazing. They were sensitive with dealing with a hard situation and closing my late husband's estate and my name change. They were prompt, had great communication, and did high quality work. Will use them again for any future needs I have!
