Our experience with Vijay and his office was disappointing and frustrating. In my opinion, it seems like Vijay's practice is designed for clients who fit within a streamlined, cookie-cutter process, where volume is prioritized over individualized service—at least this was the impression we received from his front office staff. We really enjoyed working with Vijay and Grace. They communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and were very kind. The information we provided through their online portal seemed to make the estate planning process easier, and I really appreciated how thorough the paperwork was (and Vijay's explanation of it). Their office has a ton of parking, which was a nice perk when we had to go for the signing!
Working with Grace and Vijay on our family's estate plan was super streamlined and the price was very reasonable! The online templates provided to start the process were easy to follow, our subsequent calls were very informative and meeting in person to sign the final documents was super organized. Highly recommend working with this firm!
I requested Vijay to provide legal services. He was thorough, patient and informative. I asked some same questions repeatedly, but he took the time to clarify and speak in non-legal language and validated I understood the options. The office assistants were quick to respond and also very helpful in ensuring timely closure of my particular needs. Will be referring friends and family for future needs.
OK service and quite expensive. The admin is not very punctual either. If you dare to leave a review which is not to the lawyer's satisfaction, he will make sure to send a personal email to express his dissatisfaction.
