I had an 'optimal' experience at this excellent physical therapy center. My treatment and exercises were carefully structured to improve my range of motion after treatment for tendonitis. Safe to say I have made a full recovery from an acute condition. Moreover, I really appreciated the flexibility of the staff when it came to working around my rather complicated travel schedule. Optimal gets my unqualified recommendation to anyone who would consider getting treatment there.
I am so glad to have found Optimal Physical Therapy for rehab after ACL surgery. I started going to Optimal Physical Therapy in Roslyn in December 2018. I had just had my 5th reconstructive knee surgery. Kerry created an individualized rehab plan to get me back to the activities I enjoy doing. Both Kerry and Melissa are extremely knowledgeable and cater to the needs of their patients.
