I tried using this location for my rehab for knee replacement. I used them 3 years ago for shoulder surgery and lasted 3 sessions. But I tried again becuase they are closest location to me. Nothing has changed. It’s a factory. Plain and simple. Some of the PT are excellent. But the back office is terrible. They require you schedule about a month in advance of your surgery. Really and useless office. Ortho Virginia used to be awesome but just waited over an hour with continuous assurance the doctor will be here soon. Just awful.

Love the care that the therapists give to the patients. I never felt so cared for and listened too!
Never made it to the actual practice because the front desk was so unfriendly and unhelpful. Jennifer answered the phone sounding disgruntled, then flatly told me I couldn't be seen for 8 weeks and seemed annoyed that I was fine with that. She then perked up considerably when I decided to hold off. So bizarre.
