I Have Been With Ortho Va. For Many Years And Had Many Surgeries With Dr. David Novak who i have No Problems With , But There Billing Dept. IS Terrible, They Owe Me Over $800 Dollars From A Overpayment A Year Ago & I Still Don't Have My Money, Totally Unprofessional And Unacceptable, I Have Called Many Times And Still Nothing
Simply fantastic physical therapy experience with OrthoVirginia PT at the McLean location. Kim Warzynski was outstanding. She is not only highly knowledgeable, but explains treatments clearly and intelligibly, making it very evident she has a deep mastery of underlying conditions and the best remedies. The entire staff is professional and supportive with plenty of esprit de corps. The facility is modern and very clean (and parking free). My recovery came far faster than I expected. Highest recommendation.
Billing scammers! The worst billing department ever!! Do not use them for surgery. They will collect up front and then play insurance games. After paying them and maxing out our deductible, they never submitted to insurance, and now we're being billed for ever subsequent visit and other medical needs we shouldn't be paying due to reaching our deductible. I tried using this location for my rehab for knee replacement. I used them 3 years ago for shoulder surgery and lasted 3 sessions. But I tried again becuase they are closest location to me. Nothing has changed. It’s a factory. Plain and simple. Some of the PT are excellent. But the back office is terrible. They require you schedule about a month in advance of your surgery. Really and useless office. Ortho Virginia used to be awesome but just waited over an hour with continuous assurance the doctor will be here soon. Just awful.
