A medical assistant making insensitive & indulging in racist remarks at the expense of a grieving family on social media is disturbing.
5 stars isn't enough - 10! Chase has a great group of therapists & techs. I had knee replacement & needed to find a PT. I knew, and then confirmed that I didn't want to return to Pivot! Between Jan & Fed 2026, I soon couldn't wait for my 2x weekly sessions with Alicen. She was assisted by any 1 or 2 techs that would be there during those particular times. Called a few times. 1st time i let the person know who refered me and she said no problem just fax my referral over so I did. Then I called and they said we don't take outside referrals I would have to see their doctor first. So I did. Called back for a PT appt and the gentleman was highly rude. He clearly didn't want to be at work today and all I wanted after my 3rd call was just to make a PT appt for back pain. No thanks going somewhere else at this point.
Chase and his assistant Abby are the absolute best! I look forward to coming every week and doing physical therapy on my back. Abby is leaving soon and it’s a bummer to see her leave. I am sure the office will replace her with the best. I appreciate all the help and assistance they give me in this journey while strengthening my back. Thank you again!
We've been visiting Ortho Virginia on Hull Street since March 2025 s/p my husband's knee replacement. From pre-op, post-op and 5 months of PT, my husband has received the most welcoming and attentive care from ALL team members. I would like to shout out Mandy and Samantha (pre- and immediate post-op) who gave my husband the courage and empathy needed for him to BELIEVE he could do this! Thank You!
