I had to go to the ortho office today, (4/20/26) because I had severe wrist pain on the left side. I was greeted by Morgan, who was beautiful and very pleasant. She made checking me in very easy and had wonderful manners. The wait was longer than expected, but I completely understood that I was a walk-in an many people had appointments. I have a workers comp case, they wouldnt help me, even though i called back and was going to use my own insurance, just got transferred around and then never got a call back.
I can not say enough good about the therapists and other employees at this facility!!! They are so nice and extremely supportive and caring! I only wished the ortho drs were as knowledgeable as the therapists!
