I've been through physical therapy with Orthosport on both my shoulders. I can actually raise my arms above my head now! Also, I've morphed over into an eager physical training regimen twice a week. It's about time I did that. Working with all the staff at OrthoSportHQ has been wonderful. Wish I'd started earlier. An update to my earlier review: had to go in to work on my lower back today. Dr Jake did a wonderful job. I'll be back in to start on my shoulders with Justin next week.
Love Ortho HQ. Everyone there is welcoming and working to get my body moving. Whether I’m there for a specific therapy- or multiple ones, or weight training, the team is focused on improving the quality and comfort of my movement.
Excellent consultation and coaching. Fixed an on-going shoulder injury in a matter of only two sessions. Left the facility with new work outs and movements to prevent further injuries. Absolutely worth looking into.
Justin always does a great job. He knows exactly how to address the specific areas of concern. I’ve been to many PT’s over the years and have never had such a positive experience!
