Big fan of OrthoSport! I came in 6 months ago with zero strength training interest or expertise but though intimidated by weights at first, I've come to look forward to my sessions, not only for the progress I see and feel but for the camaraderie in the gym. My trainer Dan is awesome, answers all my questions, and manages to nudge me forward while always being patient and encouraging. Highly recommend this place!
Dr. James Yoder is by far the best physical therapist I have ever had. I am a very physical guy, so I have had plenty of injuries and needed physical therapy throughout my 65 years. I have never had someone analyze my muscle and bone structure, and mechanics, like James has. He works to understand the nuances of my body so that he can provide precision PT to make things work as they should. I have recommended James to friends and family and will do so again. Five Stars and two thumbs up in every way.
Great first session with Dan
I've been through physical therapy with Orthosport on both my shoulders. I can actually raise my arms above my head now! Also, I've morphed over into an eager physical training regimen twice a week. It's about time I did that. Working with all the staff at OrthoSportHQ has been wonderful. Wish I'd started earlier. An update to my earlier review: had to go in to work on my lower back today. Dr Jake did a wonderful job. I'll be back in to start on my shoulders with Justin next week.
Love Ortho HQ. Everyone there is welcoming and working to get my body moving. Whether I’m there for a specific therapy- or multiple ones, or weight training, the team is focused on improving the quality and comfort of my movement.
