The doctor was knowledgeable about helpful in easing me into the exercises. The therapist explained all the stretches and there was no pain.
Attended my first session today and I couldn’t feel more supported. Randy guides you through the process and shares his knowledge. He also sets your expectations and doesn’t push you past your limits. Their goal is to truly help you return to normal movement and better yourself. All the staff are very friendly and joke around with you.
