Right from setting up my PT appointments pre surgery to meeting my PT, Katie, it felt so positive and welcoming. Rita, receptionist, was/is so warm and kind. My first post surgery PT appointment was a great visit. Katie is very kind, encouraging, and fantastically direct when I needed her to be.
