I had a great experience at the Troy location. Shane was fantastic. He listened to me and understood my goals. He was able to significantly reduce my back and hip pain. Highly recommend!
This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had! I felt completely heard and understood, and all of my therapy options and treatment plans were really thoroughly explained and demonstrated! I went to get a gait analysis and ask about some hip pain I was having, and Colin did a great job of explaining the stretches and exercise plan, and has also been available for any follow-up questions I’ve had throughout the process.
I recently had shoulder replacement surgery and i have researched many PT facilities in the local area to accommodate my healing process. Very stuck up or overconfident individual. Not going to name him/her but this is based off of my experience there. I didn't go there for treatment so I can't tell you if they're good or not-they probably are awesome when it's come to that. I went there for an interview, dressed somewhat in a respectful matter and met the individual running the show, this person had a very apparent attitude-don't know if it's intentional or not however the matter he/she conducted himself in my opinion lacked professionalism-I'm still confused... read more
