In April 2021, I went and seen Dennis in Monaca for some major lower back pain relief. Dennis showed me some soft stretches to do, explained how they work, why not too over/under do them.. I felt much needed relief shortly after and continuously got better. Dennis explained where muscles were strong/weak, how too rebuild and repair for less future problems.. Dennis is very knowledgeable, listens and truly cares.. I highly recommend Dennis.. Thanks Dennis 👍🏼
