Knowledgeable and professional
How unfortunate. It appears that harrassing an 80 year old woman until she quits is how this place operates. Not that it matters because they weren't getting the job done anyway with the frequent breaks in therapy sometimes a month long because they didnt schedule her. Good riddens. I am cancelling my therapy with them too. They didnt even appologize or make any attempt to discuss the concerns and harrassment by one of their employees and that is just sick and sad.
