First time there. Very Fast Friendly thorough care. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
OIP is aways a busy place. Our visit, yesterday was very helpful. The doctor may be on a tight schedule, but was able to listen to our concerns and make plans for the necessary steps for the solution to the problem. Thank you!
Dr. Werner and the staff are absolutely wonderful. While explaining things to me they made sure to include my 13 yr old daughter (the patient) in the conversation/decisions. Respect, professionalism, and yes some comedy were present during our visits. I would/ will recommend OIP to anyone that would inquire.
I would never go anywhere else for orthopedics! Dr. Goltz did a total knee replacement on my husband. He was given back his mobility and life. You may need to wait, but he is well worth it. I am 2 weeks post op with Dr Gold for bilateral foot surgery. She is very sweet and thorough. I am a geek and ask a hundred questions. She takes time to address issues. First time in months that I am walking without pain!
OIP doesn't have much available time in Sunbury and I was told I had an appointment on Thursday when I went to the ER for a fractured ankle. But when u called OIP they said they weren't open in sunbury and the next available appointment wasn't for another week. So i had to travel to Harrisburg to be seen and then couldn't be seen again for another 20 days. If ur going to provide a service then make sure you have the time to see your clients in a timely fashion.
The staff were all professional and friendly each time I visited. Each appointment I was in and out in under an hour.
