With an accident prone child we’ve visited your clinic more than I care to admit. Each visit has been pleasant, but today was outstanding despite the broken bone. It was quick to be checked in and a smooth process through evaluation and treatment. Russel casted our daughter and let her little sister “help”. Made it a great experience for all. We all laughed and forgot about the reason we were there. Thank you!

I was a first time, walk in patient at OIP. My total time spent there was 1 1/2 hours, which I thought was excellent given that I didn't have an appointment. From check-in to check-out, every single person was helpful and smiling, which put me at ease. A sweet girl from check in area #7 (I think) walked me through our new insurance, the x-ray technician was very nice, and I was lucky to be seen by Jacob Walters, PA-C. I had Dr. Oliverio for two exams, one cortisone injection, and an MRI (4 separate visits). The first appointment and the cortisone shot both went well. The technician who gave me the MRI was excellent. I HAVE TWO MAJOR COMPLAINTS. 1) on the final appointment before my MRI I was taken back to an exam room and given a pair of shorts to change into. I had Dr. Michael Fernandez for my two back surgeries. He finally got me where I do not suffer anymore. I do have a damaged nerve from my first surgery in CO but all in all, the back is so strong. If anyone wants to have back surgery, go to him and no one else. He is in the Harrisburg Office now. Love you Doc!
I went today and walked in without an appointment. It was super easy and less than 2.5 hours for everything. Highly recommend!
