I've been going to OIP for over 15 years. Fantastic doctors and excellent care. Just had RTKR on 3/18 with Dr Hallock. Another fantastic surgery!!!
My son was sent to Dr Lippe for back pain since Dec. Waited for months to get in. Waited in the waiting room forever. Dr Lippe spent TWO MINUTES..literally with my son. My son was told to wait a few months and "ignore the pain" and come back if it doesn't let up. I'm calling my health insurer tomorrow to let them know this bogus appt should not be paid
Horrible experience with Dr. Lippe’s assistant, Terry. Dr. Lippe was very pleasant and informative with my husband. His assistant doesn’t answer her phone or return voicemails. Finally got a hold of her today, but she still wasn’t helpful with what we needed. The office itself seems very unorganized and too big to help each individual. My husband has had to jump through hoops to get things done, because no one ever followed up with him after all the tests needed prior to finally finding out that he needs surgery. HIGHLY UPSET right now !!! 2 CT scans. 4000.00 later because I have to pay this as my deductible before anything else is covered.- shows broken hip socket since car head on December 11th and dr won't do any thing. He said therapy -yet in the hospital he said NO WEIGHT bearing for at least 8 weeks. Couldnt do that at home - cause we live in a mobile home and not wheel chair or walker friendly ,. I cant drive so would have to pay again to get there like 20.00 today when Dr Jones knew darn well he wasn't going to do anything.La... read more
5 STARS!!! I have Dr. Deluca as my orthopedic surgeon. He is the best! I was there to see him today. He replaced my Right hip on September 19th. He truly gave me my life back...I'm back at the gym 4 days a week. I'm down 32lbs with diet. I feel wonderful. Not only is he a highly skilled surgeon, HE LISTENS when we talk, he makes direct eye contact, you have his full attention. I'm in the medical field myself, and that trait/bedside manner goes a long way....Very thankful to have him as my surgeon!
