This place has been an absolute savior for me for the past year. I had two hip replacements. Brooke and Zac are absolutely phenomenal and as I celebrate my one year tomorrow, I am very grateful and thankful for their help assistance in getting both hips to par.
The physical therapist spent less than an hour with me on the first visit, asked a half hour of questions that I had already answered in the pre-check-in survey, then she showed me 2 exercises to do. These exercises caused my symptoms to be much worse. The next visit was only 20 minutes and she showed me one exercise. I decided it’s not worth my time to drive 20 minutes there and back. I can do better exercises on my own. Very disappointing.
