I worked with Janice Scott for 40 minutes on my right shoulder which has been chronically stiff and tender for at least 3 years. Janice had me do a few complex stretches that I had never been given by other PT offices (3 others). She also did some direct manipulation and pressure into my very sore sub-scapula for a few minutes. The pain lessened. I had a very good experience at OCC in Parker following a shoulder replacement. My therapists, Kirsten Mullen and Melissa Repjar were professional and helpful with therapy techniques to improve my mobility and regain strength.
Very thorough.
