Very good experience overall. I appreciated the level of attention you get from all the staff. They are good at balancing multiple patients at a time while keeping an eye on everyone and giving each person some one-on-one time. They give you a variety of exercises. The app is really helpful for following along while doing the home exercises. I saw improvements in both strength and pain levels. Thanks very much to Mike, Krista, Grace, Callie and the rest of the team!

I have been in PT several times over the years, and it has never really helped much for whatever the issue was (back, hip, shoulder). I can honestly say that the 4+ months I spent in PT at the ORS West Lansing location was time well spent, and the first time I ever felt better at the conclusion of PT than I did at the beginning. The atmosphere there is very congenial and friendly, and all of the staff I encountered were great. I had a BKA 03/03/2025 had to get through home therapy to just get my prosthetic leg made and use to wearing, although this was needed I have done more here. The PT people are working with me to be able to walk as if my leg was never taken and gaining strength and stamina in a very comfortable and healthy pace. From in home kitchen to other rooms to going out to Michigan Lake on weekend and had a great time. The time here is doing wonders! The machines are current and they help with ability to work out 🏋️.
