Im astonished this place has the ratings it has. Its basically run like a highschool gym and the staff act no better. Everytime the timer would go off a pta and PT would ask what my next exercise is, they blanket plan, they don't give personalized care. I even had a 30 plus years old blonde whisper to me about the obesity of another patient while I was in their divided, tabled, and patient care areas. "Why would he let himself get that big"... The staff at ORS West Ave in Jackson did an outstanding job rehabilitating my total reverse shoulder replacement. Everyone that helped me was very supportive, professional and friendly. I really can’t say enough good things about the entire team at ORS West Ave. I’d like to personally thank each and every one of those wonderful people who so ably assisted me during my recovery. You’re the best!!!

After having total knee replacement surgery I went to Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists Total Joint Replacement Center in Jackson. Connie and her Team were very professional and with this made going to therapy a pleasant experience. She and her Team were attentive, knowledgeable and helped me to achieve my therapy goals. It was a great experience and I will absolutely return when I have the other knee replaced! Thank you for providing this Team and rehab facility!
