The staff here is amazing! I've had positive experiences both times I've needed PT.
They were all wonderful helped me get stronger and improved my balance listen when I was mot feeling good and adjusted therapy

Therapy there was great! Thank you Missy, Joanne, Eric and Xavier - and the receptionist, staff. I was in a world of hurt, not realizing where the source of my pain was coming from. Added to that, I had vertigo, which made some positions impossible but Missy got rid of the salt rocks (?) in my ear canal and the dizziness was gone and has not come back. The ORS Okemos office is excellent if you're looking for a clean environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Morgan, Krista, and Joanna were all fantastic to work with, as were all the assistants and the front desk staff. The exercises truly helped improve my core strength and tightness in my back. They also regularly updated my home exercises to reflect my progress. If I ever need physical therapy in the future, I’ll definitely come here!
