The staff, especially Hadia, Josh, and Natalie, were great. I was told my insurance copay was $0, but that was completely wrong. Now I’m stuck with a huge bill because of their mistake. I’m 17, and this bill is literally two months of my paychecks. The supervisor, Angie, admitted it was their fault and apologized, but an apology doesn’t pay my bill. This should never happen.
