I arrived at this orthopedic urgent care after spending the entire night in severe pain from a ruptured lumbar disc. Before they would even evaluate me, I was told I had to pay a SEVEN YEAR OLD $592 balance that I had never been notified about and had no record of. When I requested documentation and copies of my medical records, staff could not provide them. Friendly efficient service
I had the very best experience at OrthoFast in Milford from the receptionist who was kind enough to bring a wheel chair to my car because I couldn’t walk to Dr Ahmad and Dr. Driesman! Everyone was so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable! Can’t say enough good things about my experience at OrthoFast!
