Disappointed with not being told how much the PT costs. I asked every time I came in if they could tell me what the estimated cost was as I approached the new year because I knew we would start over on deductible. Every time the girl at the desk said I don’t know the information is not available to us yet. Luckily I only did 2 appointments and cancelled the rest in January!
