Stephanie is a master at reading my body and its needs. With a next level enviorment La Unica is my Sanctuary when I need healing. I can not recommend it enough.
This is experience was all I could have asked for and then some. Estephanina has so much patience and love for what she does and the people that come to her. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone interested in this kind of personal spiritual work.
I tried out a free session w Artem after my chiropractic visit at Flow State and loved it. I left feeling refreshed, and he also gave me some very practical tips to improve my posture and keep my muscles in shape in between sessions. I would describe the session as a unique mix between energy work (like reiki) and traditional stretch therapy. I also highly recommend the Full Moon sessions through La Unica as well. The CBD rub is amazing i got a infection after having a couple teeth pulled, and I rubbed the CBD rub on my cheek and jaw and it took the pain away. I would highly recommend.
I have been getting body work and energy work for at least 20 years and can easily say there is none like Estephanina! She has such a wide array of offerings and has a way of matching services to what you need and where you are. She has helped me so much.
