2 years ago we placed my brother in memory care at Ortega Gardens in Jacksonville Fl. It was a very emotional and trying time for our family. Brian Sheridan’s guidance was a huge help to us and definitely a blessing. Every time I step into Ortega I am impressed with the professional, friendly and very respectful atmosphere. Laura , Dominique and a couple of other day shift workers there are very sweet and compassionate!! Unlike some of the management is messy and don’t appreciate the help that comes in their building when they’re understaffed!!!! It’s not right to praise people for lying that’s not true integrity and shows lack of leadership especially when you’re praising someone who is not actually giving proper care. Healthcare is a challenging job itself and it’s even worse when you have someone picking because they can!!!

Staff is very unprofessional. They don’t treat residents right
