Horrible experience with Ortale Kelley. Cheryl D***** was unprofessional and rude. I will never ever bring any business to this firm. I suggest others do the same. They are not a good title company. There are many others to choose from that will do a great job AND treat you with respect. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had a bad experience with this office. I have been disrespected over the phone several times about them not calling or emailing me back. VICKY is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I have tried to make an appointment to pay a balance that I own and has been denied the appointment. I have been told not to call or contact them only through email and then I started getting a response. Vicky need more training on how to talk to customers/ people.
