Worst customer service ever!!! They admitted they had a problem with the recliner rubbing and putting a hole in the leather. So we send it back to be fixed and get it back and the leather they replaced on the seas does not even come close to matching. Also had several marks in the wood. And to top it all off after just a month the whole is back. They don’t want to make it right.
