I have never been faced with a business that was more unprofessional than that of Orsini. I asked for a refund for my shirt and was yelled at, spoken over, and when asked if I could complete my sentence Mary (the manager said "NO.") I spoke with Orsini about printing a shirt, they sent gave me a price but when I sent the image, they increased the price stating it would take more work than originally discuessed. No problem. I had an event our company needed shirts for. The person in charged of getting the shirts for the event did not come through. I was scrambling around to see who would do them in three days and not go over my budget. I saw a sign "T-Shirts printed $3.00." I called and explained the situation, and they said "No Problem." Since then I have been back another three times.
