I have been at this bank for years and never thought i would be disappointed and feel like I'm just another number to this bank but every since they merged with the other bank that's exactly how I feel they use our money to make them more money and charge more more and more fees and when someone hit your account earlier than you said they could they use to waive any fees as long as you fixed it within 24 hours not any more they now treat me like the rest of the bank i already had and is why I left im probably going to go wit... read more
They aren’t pleasant or accommodating. They’re pretentious and are more interested in what their superiors think than helping out customers. Don’t bank here!
Since they bought out Hamilton Bank I've had nothing but problems.
