They charge an exuberant amount to cash a check if you don't have an account
They bought out my local branch, then shut it down. They make decisions at the local branch, but then can't be contacted at all about concerns. They use to be good, but now they just grab banks and give ok service at best. Recently they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up.
