Just remodeled
Wouldn't do me a wire transfer because the store closed in 30 minutes. Came back an hour early the next day, still wont do me a wire. If you’re not gonna provide services past a certain time then why even stay open? Something tells me they just assumed my wire was fraudulent due to it being a large amount and me being young and so they decided not to provide me services on the whim. They charge an exuberant amount to cash a check if you don't have an account
They bought out my local branch, then shut it down. They make decisions at the local branch, but then can't be contacted at all about concerns. They use to be good, but now they just grab banks and give ok service at best. Recently they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up.
