This is the worst bank I have ever delt with, My bank account was hacked 2 times in 6 weeks. Bank has done very little to help me to get a new account working for me. it has been close to 3 months and I have no debit card or online banking. I have no access to my account for almost 3 months. I go to the bank and also call them and everyone of them say let me look into this and I will call you back. they have never called me back no matter who I talk to. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Great hometown bank I have dealt with Orrstown bank for many years now and find them to be exceptional in service. On the rare occassion that I have had problems with my accounts they were more than happy to fix any errors on their part. They have great interest rates and many different accounts to suite anyone's needs. You always get a smiling face when you go in.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They don't care about people during this pandemic all they want is their money. Especially Betsy smith. She will take you to court the moment you're behind on payments and she will take money out of your account without informing you about it and then say they sent mail stating they were doing it when they didn't. They are by far the worst. I would tell anyone who wants to use them not to. They will screw you over if they can.

Orrstown Bank took over Hamilton Bank, and I have been so disappointed since the merger. I am on vacation and I attempted to use my ATM card; needless to say, it has not worked. I have called customer service on several occasions to no resolve. I will be closing my account when I return home.

its bad when they put the wrong check in.I cancel a check and they cancel the wrong one .so it costed me 3000. I have apicture of the check so the teller should have put the right number on the paper.She asked why I was canceling it and I told her they didn't do the work at my house right so it cost me that 3000. plus the money to cancel the check.and problay the kick back on the check for it being cancel.the teller knew the name of the place and how much the check was for ,thought you could trust your bank.It was wrong on t... read more

I cancel a check and the teller put the wrong check number down so it cost me 3000.sorry I can't read and I didn't have my helper with me but they put the wrong number down so it cost me not them don't trust your tellersits not fair to me that they made me lose the money for that check and the money I payed to cancel it plus a mark against me for the wrong check that was
