Attempted to exchange my boots purchased from Timberland service rep was extremely helpful and polite, although they unfortunately do not support the exchange program and I will have to look elsewhere.

Deceptive Practices from Orr Safety Corporation, Turn Back and use someone else!!! They publicly advertised respirators for sale and showed them in stock. When I tried to purchase them, they denied my order because "I wasn't a previous customer." The customer service supervisor said they had received complaints about this practice for a week and still hadn't updated their website. I wanted the number to the actual store in Kansas City to ask about some clothing I couldn't find on the website. The number provided is a customer service number not the actual store. They won't give you the store number and can only look stuff up by part numbers. In my case I didn't have a part number so I couldn't get any help.
