I had a horrible customer experience with this shop while I was in Mackinac Island. We rented 4 bikes. A young man who rented the bike was polite and promised to give a discount of 1/2 hour free rental. The bikes were old and the seats kept dropping while riding the bikes. When returning the bike, the young man who promised the discount was gone and there was a lady at the counter.
