Staff told my 85 year old grandmother, who is there for rehab after having a stroke, that ‘they weren’t playing her games’ when she asked to be repositioned during the night as she was in pain….say what?! You are here to take care of her - sorry she may need more help than others…THAT IS WHY SHE IS HERE! Very inappropriate and unacceptable.
I had an appointment with Orono Commons today. The staff & the environment there was amazing!
I thought it was nice. First time there and what staff i talk to were very helpful and pleasant.
Overall visit with family member good, needs cleaning update for smell in facility…
Always friendly, helpful, clean and does a great job with rehab
