Beautiful curation but unfortunately the customer service is subpar at best. My friend and I happened upon the shop yesterday and I was excited to see a lot of my favorite labels and discover some new ones. It’s a new season and I am looking to invest in some key pieces. Overpriced trash quality fast fashion
I bought a shirt weeks ago, and now it’s on sale at 30% off. It’s like a huge price drop, and they refused to do a price adjustment. Disappointed👎
I recently visited the shop and had a great experience. I have trouble finding pieces to fit my body shape. Once the shop ladies knew what I was looking for, they helped me find pieces that fit. They helped me style them with doable suggestions and I left with some great pieces that mixed and matched for a much needed boost to my capsule wardrobe. I am so appreciative of great customer service!
