I had a terrible experience at Northwest Urgent Care on Pantano. I attempted to book online, but the system wasn’t working, so I was told to just come in. When I arrived, the waiting room was empty, and two people were sitting at the front desk. The receptionist finally gave me a bizarre, dismissive acknowledgment that felt completely unprofessional. The physical therapists are amazing but the front desk staff is rude, abrasive and does not respect HIPPA.
