Went through the whole process of getting approved. Everything went smooth, within a week of owning the truck was told we needed to provide certain paper work, we provided them but one of them wasn’t sufficient enough for oro ford so we contact our accountant and within that time was givin a threatening text from oro ford saying if it’s not turned in today 11/12/25 they would cancel our loan and we would have to return the truck….. Great selection of new Fords. We made the two hour drive from phx to purchase our new Expedition from Frank Martinez. Frank made the transaction smooth and painless. Price of vehicle was thousands less expensive then three valley ford dealers. What was most appreciated was how transparent Oro Ford was when it came to the numbers. Came in for an oil change and received great customer service.
