Horrible customer service. Karen was rude. She called the owner of the store a liar. Said she doesn't care about her job. Was given a quote for a product I was selling. Quote was given by Alfonso the owner. Says go to the shop see Karen. I do so just to be met by a rude woman Karen. Knew what I was there for a refused to pay for product at given price.
