ORNL has been a nightmare. I’ve been paying my auto loan with THEIR autopay feature for 2 years, paying 100 more on my loan than what they required. I am paid MONTHS ahead and had been trying for a week to have someone cancel my autopay for 1 month so that I can pay in full in 2 weeks without another auto draft pulling.
