Elizabeth alder was a phenomenal help at the madisonville tn branch I highly recommend her. Most help I’ve had since I started banking with ornl.
I love ORNL
If I go into a bank, I'd like to be abable to speak to a person and interactions, not through a phone/video call. I would recommend opening up an actual bank there or just call it an ATM. I really did not like the interactive experience there. So I ended driving another 30 minutes to go into an actual bank. I've been with you for 5 years, but may end up changing now, because I don't want to drive that far just to speak to an actual person.
Practically just an ATM , Person in office refuses to deposit checks and correct account information. So useless
