I had a WONDERFUL experience at this branch today. The Assistant Branch Manager Kala Gregory assisted me with a technical issue I was experiencing and really took the time to help me through the process and completely resolve my issue. I walked out of the bank with my problem solved and even a couple recommendation for where to have lunch. You guys rock!! Thanks again!

I had a car loan with them. We called to payoff the loan over tge phone and was told it would post that evening. We'll it didn't and had to find out by getting my next statement a week or so later. I called and now my payment is more because of charged interest. Finally got someone that knew what they were doing to take our payment and verify it went through. We asked fir them to give our interest amount back since it was not our our fault the payment didn't go through. They were supposed to review the tapes and verify We ca... read more
