We have our car loan set up to auto draft, and this December they double drafted our payment. Then, once they did adjust the payment, they refused to put it back into our bank account, because it's an external account. They put it into an ORNL account, which we don't have a debit card for, or checks. When I complained about this, they told me that I could just do a transfer. Miss my old bank before this one cannibalized it which made this my biggest regret - not closing my account soon enough and being too caught up with school and life. I am on disability income. My previous bank had some kind of overdraft protection to help me keep from overcharging and I never was charged NSF fees.
