Wonderful friendly service!
Went to the Clinton, TN branch and was greeted by Tracy with a smile on her face. She was very polite, professional and answered a couple of questions about my account. I hope I can get in her line every time from now on.
A little over a year ago I asked if I could put this check in my bank without repercussions if it bounced back. They said it would be fine it wouldn’t do anything to my account. After the check bounced back they locked my card for a year. I wasn’t able to use it at the atm which is the only reason I use it. I couldn’t pay my car payment several times because my husband who makes our money works most days so I couldn’t make it in time to pay my bills with the bank open. Terrible customer service
They won’t let me add my spouse to my account because she doesn’t have a TN driver’s license. Completely unhelpful. Update: After a few calls and a trip into another branch, the issue was resolved. They apologized for the mistake and the account was updated.
