My husband went to Brooke Lowe to have her fill out an important form for his government job and she didn’t write the first digit on his account number causing his paycheck to obviously not go into his account and now it’s on hold for 25 days until his job can send a letter of proof that they are requesting the money back so it can go to its rightful owner. Tired of waiting on line for almost everyday . Need hire more employees . Hopefully employees tell customers get to leave the building , If keep talking so long . Customers need go to ORNL headquarter in Oak Ridge , If have any problems . Enough is enough and frustrated keep waiting so long . Not acceptable
