This credit union is a den of thieves and liars. If you want to be robbed, deposit your money here, as they will withdraw it without permission and refuse to return it. They will then deactivate your card and report it as stolen. A financial institution reporting a card as stolen without the owner’s consent is fraudulent, and I am consulting a lawyer. This bank literally ROBBED me once. My cash deposit of over $600 got eaten by an ATM and they said “we don’t know how much money u put in there” and made me guess. Super unprofessional and frustrating and I’m pretty sure I lost at least $80 in the process.
Worthless keeps blocking my card for no reason I can use it to buy stuff but won't let me pull money off my card
Sat down in the waiting area for 15 minutes only to have them call the lady that came in after me. I said what’s going on, I was here first, the employee says you have to sign in at the front counter first. There are no signs anywhere stating this. No care and no desire to make things right. Unacceptable.
Lots of whiny people in the comments. I've been with ORNL for 6 years and haven't had a problem with them. However, I gave 4 stars because I'm a realistic person. I'm sure there's something i don't like about ORNL, I just haven't experienced it yet. You can please some of the people some of the time but you will never please all the people all the time. Keep up the good work ORNL.
