Customer service reps are so rude and show no empathy towards others and their funds. I spoke with Angela via chat service and she was rude and very short. She had no intention of helping me today. Guess I’ll have to go in person to get help or switch banks to USAA who has better reps
On October 22, I visited the Oak Ridge branch lobby. Cody was terrific. He did something that I don't experience often. When he did not know the answer to my question, he actually went to find out the answer. He was POLITE the entire time even though it took a few minutes. That is something that I have rarely encountered and I truly appreciated it.

Waiting 20 minutes to deposit a cashiers check. Unbelievable!
It takes over 2 business days now for my mortgage payment to withdraw from my own account. All housed within the same place, and they just don't care! It does not even show pending so it doesn't not deduct from my account balance and this stays this way for 5 DAYS!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. This is HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
