Drive thru ATMs are always functional, and service is rarely too slow (In my experience)
I’ve banked here for years and used to really love it. This past year has been hard for me and sometimes I get behind but the moment I can catch up I always do and quickly. Nothing regarding the company itself or the quality of the customer service members, but I come into this branch quite frequently because I work in Oak Ridge. And normally the bathrooms are pristine but here lately every time I’ve gone in, the bathrooms are in really rough shape. 😮💨 I don’t know if they switched cleaning companies or something but I don’t know if I’m going to keep even using the bathroom there. Maybe I’ll just use the virtual tellers from now on 😂
These customer service agents are some of the rudest, incompetent, hard headed people I have ever had to deal with in my life. First of all, they false advertise to you and tell you there are no overdraft fees. But if you overdraft even a little bit you get hit with a 20 dollar charge. They also keep charging me random 2 dollar paper statements fees every month even though I have told the customer service agents multiple times that I don't want paper statements, they don't listen and don't take you seriously.
