Worst customer service! Apparent work. Very very slow getting the loan packet to you(can’t pay the loan without it). I wasted over 3 hours on the phone and got nowhere! This credit union is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I assured them this will be the only and last business I do with them.
This was the bank Kia of Cleveland had me finance my truck through. They are horrible!! You can never get ahold of anyone through customer service. And when you do they rush to hang up or transfer you before you're even done with the conversation. Even when I give them my number for a call back, I never get anything!! They also keep calling for payments on the truck that's financed. Me and my spouse set up auto-pay at the dealership once, and then 4 times with ORNL over 2 months!!! worst bunch I have ever felt with, I call on the 12th to make my payment for the 13th but the bill they sent don’t have the full account number, take in mind the mom h before I made my payment ment this same way, Now they won’t and set a callback for or the follow Monday, today is Friday my bill is due on Sat, I get frustrated but find my account number finally and tell them this is very inconvenient and after waiting 15 minutes and talking with them transferred to the supervisor she won’t even take my payment and hangs up o... read more
