It takes over 2 business days now for my mortgage payment to withdraw from my own account. All housed within the same place, and they just don't care! It does not even show pending so it doesn't not deduct from my account balance and this stays this way for 5 DAYS!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. This is HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! If you are going to schedule maintenence from from 7am to 9am maybe you should get it done in a timely manner now it's down and you say no clue when it will be back up ?? Unacceptable
Drive thru ATMs are always functional, and service is rarely too slow (In my experience)
I’ve banked here for years and used to really love it. This past year has been hard for me and sometimes I get behind but the moment I can catch up I always do and quickly.
