This bank takes your money and give it to anyone they want. They took $660.00 without the money in the bank and just gave it to a hotel that I stayed at 3 months ago. I disputed the charge 3 months ago like I was supposed to, the hotel had 5 days to respond from what I was told. Never heard anything than without the money in the bank they paid them. Worst bank get your money and find another bank
So right now it’s a mixed bag. When I go in person people are usually very helpful, even though sometimes there is a wait. Everyone has always been polite and friendly. I really didn’t like that they put my husband’s name and information on the bank account as the primary holder without asking, as I manage the finances and it’s been really annoying.(In fact we had said that I manage the accounts usually.) This is the worst bank of all time - no question. Do NOT bank here unless you want your card to actually work MAYBE 20% of the time. The customer service is horrible and whatever you do, don’t move to any location other than basically next door to this place or your account is screwed for good. Rude people and terrible bank overall. The amount of times I’ve been screwed over from this place I couldn’t count on all fingers and toes
I genuinely despise their call in customer service BS. The least unhelpful situation. You might as well just come into the branch.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a bank from the start to still going I recommend never getting a loan through them or trying to refinance cause I’ve waited a week so far and still haven’t got anything done but 3 emails and I’m waiting for them so I can finish on a house I’ve told them this and it still hasn’t improved there speed
