Very nice people.
I have had good experiences everytime I come here. Northshore location is also pretty good. I am that customer who had to learn about banking as an adult, and Asks a Million Questions. Surprisingly, they are always very patient with me. They often explain whether something is possible, and whether something only works in specific circumstances. They have never lied to me, unlike a previous bank. They have good interest rates, comparitively. I think they are great, and recommend them to everyone.
Samantha at the Alcoa location is wonderful. Not only is she kind and patient but she is also willing to go the extra step to help you.
Every time I have to go to this branch there is an issue. Went in this morning to get new debit cards. I couldn’t get my wife a new card because “she just got a new one a month ago”. Her card information was stolen so we were told it would have to be approved before she could be issued a new card. I received a new card because mine was peeling. The lady gave me a card with the EXACT same information and told me I was good to go. The card apparently still needed to be activated which is not what I was told. The workers at thi... read more
