I think this is the best financial institution in Campbell county. I have been a member for several years now and the ladies there are awesome. I hope the main branch leaves this bunch of ladies here forever they are not just employees. They make me personally feel like a friend of the family. You walk in and they know you by name not an account number you call and they are on top of your concerns. Awesome bunch of ladies. Honestly I'm hard to talk to, and they still are very respectful and helpful. Great customer service. I have a truck through them, and they are always willing to work with me. Honestly it's a pretty good all around credit union and bank. Thank you for your great service you provide me.
I had a wonderful experience with the Lafollette branch and highly recommend them for business! The customer service was fantastic, and I appreciated the warm welcome. Opening an account was super easy, and I was instantly provided with a debit card (no need to call to activate or need to receive later in the mail) and direct deposit information.
