Going to a bank isn’t for me but the staff here is great. Britney makes a painless experience every time. If she ever leaves I’ll have to find a different bank Friday's are the highlight of my week and she needs a raise!
We just paid off an auto loan with them and we’re not happy with the experience. We wanted to pay the loan off early and found that they limit the amount that you can add extra payments to the loan on a daily basis. Also in the process of paying it off early, we were called and questioned by an employee as to why we’re paying off the loan early. Why is that any of their business?
I think this is the best financial institution in Campbell county. I have been a member for several years now and the ladies there are awesome. I hope the main branch leaves this bunch of ladies here forever they are not just employees. They make me personally feel like a friend of the family. You walk in and they know you by name not an account number you call and they are on top of your concerns. Awesome bunch of ladies.
