The absolute worst bank in the banking industry. Horrible customer service . Money was stolen from my account via a debit card used online. The card had never been used anywhere other than their on banking platform. Hold your deposits for days. The remote deposit system is a joke. Will never use them for banking again . Run away. Far away.
Amazing customer support. I want give a big shout out to Rhonda Maples at the Sevierville location, she is an absolute professional! We sold our car recently and had some trouble getting the documents necessary from Truist(glad I’m done with them), Rhonda’s professionalism, and expertise made this transaction seamless and easy. I am so done. I can never get a person on the phone. And once I finally manage to jump through hoops with the automated answering system, I just end up talking to someone at a call center that can barely speak my language. Which is incredibly frustrating. I don’t want to be rude to them, it isn’t their fault, but I can’t understand their accent and I shouldn’t have to talk with someone overseas, about my bank account here in America.
