Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with can’t make a payment always get transferred. Customer service is horrible. No one really cares about you here I mean is this even a real bank such a joke.
Can't do simple wire transfers without an act of congress. Useless bank and they need to move into the 21st century. Changing banks.

Not this specific branch: Overall, I'm disappointed with how this company has changed to make it more difficult for people to get the answers and help they need without jumping through your "security" hoops. Every time I have issues with my account, I'm given the run around and asked for information I don't have.
