It’s been a long wait every time I have to come in The explanation is always that they’re short\-staffed, and while I understand that, there are some services—like having a document notarized—that simply can’t be done online\. Today it took over an hour just to get in and speak with an officer\. The wait times at this location are becoming very frustrating\. Most people don’t have that much time to spend waiting, and I hope something can be done to improve the process\.

I initially came for an auto loan after having a not so great experience at my bank. Meghan Pemberton is AMAZING. She was so welcoming, so friendly, so helpful. After our first visit on the day we came to inquire, my Dad and I didn’t want to leave. Once we found a car and came back two days later, she was just as terrific. We were there for a long time, she even had to stay 30+ minutes past closing. But that didn’t bother her, she seemed happy to be there! Don't know what happened to ORNL. They act like a big bank and not a friendly neighborhood credit union. Totally rude customer service on the phone. Long, like really long wait times both in branch and on the phone. Tried calling them today and was trapped in a hellscape of disfunction and automated menus that never went anywhere. Their AI phone system is closer to "Almost Intelligent". The phone wait time update kept saying your estimated wait time is 30 seconds. At that time I had been waiting for over 8 minutes.
