Tax "experts" don't know what they are doing. They filled to renew an itin and claimed i wouldn't have a problem, but then I get a letter stating that there is missing information/not correct. So I called and they stated they wouldn't charge me to resubmit. Yet when I got everything PRINTED OUT AGAIN, clearly didn't give me any service except reprint the forms and put them in a envelope (I had to pay that as well after charging me again for the service) its not about the money, its the fact that I had already paid for the se... read more
