Do not order from this company!!!!!! They sent the completely WRONG custom ornament, which means some else also got disappointed this year as well. (So sorry to whoever ordered “my first car”-I got yours). Customer service was non-existent. They claimed they would re-make my order, but I heard nothing for days and inquired again. DO NOT order from this company. They will charge you for personalized ornaments but deliver you a basic blank ornament. Attached are photos of what I was promised vs what I received.
I placed an order on 12/6 paid extra to have it delivered by 12/18 today is 12/22 I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company 3 times and have had no response. I will now go to my CC company and file a dispute .

Placed an order and immediately realized I inverted two letters. Emailed them immediately and was told there was nothing they could do. I find that incredibly hard to believe. I should have read up on their terrible customer service first.
